Our online support resources are available free of charge to all users of Aptelisense products. Our online support includes:

Paid Customer Support

Paid customer support can be purchased annually for all our products and in addition to the above online support, customers with paid support will receive:

• Access to our technical support team during the hours of 9am - 5pm (New Zealand time) Monday to Friday

• New releases of Aptelisense products including major, minor and service releases

• Additional applications and utilities only available to customers with purchased maintenance
