Aptelisense New Zealand Limited, based in Wellington, was founded in 2004 by CEO Steve Hutchins and has provided risk and security consultancy, custom security software and Aptelisense product solutions to organizations including: Gen-i, Department of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Social Development and Victoria University Wellington.

Aptelisense software is the product of years of experience in designing and writing security, risk and intelligence solutions for organizations such as Barclays Bank, IBM and the Metropolitan Police.

In late 2007 Aptelisense conceived an innovative idea to protect organizations for risk, fraud and security that would monitor, validate and protect core data and access to it. This idea was subsequently developed into our flagship Compliance Automation Server (CAS) product which has undergone significant testing and improvement to ensure it is fit for enterprise organizations.

CAS can be deployed quickly across enterprises in most industries to provide benefits in hours rather than days or months and solves business problems across multiple domains including: fraud, intelligence, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial, Security and standard operations.
